Axient is currently seeking a FMS Trainer/Developer/Integrator/Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.

What you will do...

Responsibilities

  • Trainer/Developer/Integrator/FSR, In-Country FSR responsible for the development of US, NATO and security partner training, including operator, maintainer, and leader integration training.
  • Develops and updates US standard and releasable Training Support Packages
  • Focuses on integration efforts between command-and-control systems, radars, and electromagnetic warfare (EW) systems for the Baltic nations.

Skills you will need...

Required:

  • Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.  Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
  • High School with a minimum of ten years’ experience as a technical instructor/field support representative/Operational deployment representative or a combination of the two totaling 10 years.
  • 5 years ADA/EW/RADAR Integration, Operations, and maintenance.
  • Experience with one or more of the following areas: RADAR, EW, C-UAS, tactical data links, or ADA field of operation.
  • Experience with Army Air Defense digital systems to include: AMDWS, FAAD C2, and ADSI (preferred).
  • Familiar with Link-16 and associated equipment and processes (preferred).
  • Direct experience in C-UAS or EW operations in an operational theater (preferred)
  • US Army TRADOC TR 350-70 Instructor Certification (preferred) within last 5 years.
  • Up to 75% required travel CONUS/OCONUS for extended periods with little to no notice.
  • Ability to translate technical manuals into hands on performance measures.
  • Ability to work in OCONUS and remote locations with minimum oversight.
  • Graduate of the ADAM/BAE Course (preferred). 
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a United States Passport.
  • International experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and the use of the NIPRNet.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training development. 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 10 years of relevant military experience in a related field
  • Former AD, EW, MAINT Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or JR Staff Officer with Air Missile Defense Planning background.
  • Experience training foreign partners on AMD requirements.
  • International Foreign Military Sales experience.
  • FAA Part 107 qualification
