Axient is seeking a Product Integrator to support the Army Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Program by managing the development, integration, sustainment, and modernization of ASE systems across Army aviation platforms in Huntsville, AL.

What you will do...

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of ASE systems, ensuring alignment with Army aviation requirements, priorities, and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute program plans, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to support ASE development, fielding, and sustainment.
  • Ensure compliance with Army and DoD acquisition policies, regulations, and directives, including FAR, DFARS, and Army Acquisition Framework.
  • Coordinate with Army Program Executive Offices (PEO), Project Manager Offices (PMO), and key stakeholders to drive program objectives.
  • Support the development, testing, and integration of ASE technologies into Army aviation platforms, ensuring compatibility with mission requirements.
  • Provide input on technical requirements, system design, and performance specifications for ASE systems.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate emerging ASE technologies, including electronic warfare (EW), countermeasures, and sensor systems.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and effectiveness through data analysis and field feedback.
  • Serve as the primary interface between government program offices, industry partners, and Army aviation units regarding ASE initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, logistics, and acquisition teams to address system challenges and capability gaps.
  • Prepare and present program briefings, status reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership, Army stakeholders, and acquisition officials.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, including cost, schedule, and technical risks associated with ASE development and sustainment.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, airworthiness, and system safety requirements for ASE systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving threats and adversary tactics to inform ASE capability development.

Skills you will need...

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must currently possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.  Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in defense acquisition, product management, or program management.
  • Prior experience supporting Army aviation programs, ASE, or electronic warfare systems highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, budgeting, and program execution.
  • DAWIA Level II or III in Program Management (Preferred).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (Desired).
