Axient is seeking a US Africa Command (USAFRICOM) CUAS Logistics Support Supply Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama.

What you will do...

  • Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

    • Serve as the Logistics Support Supply Analyst for the CUAS performing research, analysis, and coordination with both internal and external agencies, in support of PM, CUAS on site at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti.
    • Perform logistics management functions, across the full spectrum of logistics to include Supply, Maintenance, cost, Transportation and Resource elements, which involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistical systems and the initiation of actions required to support specified missions or programs. 
    • Perform technical functions in the development of contractor production deliveries to ensure configuration management and inventory management. 
    • Responsible for developing the logistics support analysis functional requirements for CUAS deployment to US Africa Command (USAFRICOM) ensuring configuration/inventory accountability, destination and maintenance documentation, Catalog Ordering and Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) transactions. 
    • Develop monthly CUAS operational status, monthly CUAS parts usage, track recoverable assets returning from Theater of Operation using the COLTS database, transportation distribution time tracker and brief to the CUAS Product Manager, the Sustainment Division and the CUAS Integrated Product Support Lead.
    • Identify resource requirements needed to purchase repair and spare parts for the CUAS, developing contractual narrative to provide to the IPS Lead for inclusion in development and Spare and Repair Parts production contracts, and provide Excel Tracking Matrixes to control execution and inventory delivery timeframes.  
    • Provide analytical reports of parts usage in AFRICOM and develop trends analysis and provide recommendations if metrics are not being met.
    • Participates in working IPTs to provide oversight of OEM production schedules/deliveries to ensure that supply management and CUAS system support is in place to provide optimum support.  
    • Work with hosting unit Supply Support Activity (SSA) to ensure rapid distribution of inbound parts, as well as preparing recoverable assets for return shipment. 
    • Ensures the effective and timely completion of taskings by coordinating and assistance with other contractor personnel.

Skills you will need...

  • Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.  Must be able to maintain the required clearance
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Proficient in COLTS 
  • Must be able to perform with a high degree of efficiency and proficiency and be able to perform all taskers with minimal supervision
