INTEGRATION ANALYST
The Integration Analyst supports multiple Program Integrators across three lines of effort for the Product Director. Candidate shall develop and maintain knowledge management processes and repositories to ensure maximum portability of total integration effort between personnel and/or program offices. Individual constantly seeks efficiencies in coordinating meetings, schedules, and responses to requests for information, and supports internal continuous improvement efforts for the program integration team. The Integration Analyst strives to develop proficiency in the Army Acquisitions disciplines to provide ongoing value to the team.
Job Requirements
- Act as initial point of contact for Program Executive representatives, Product Director/Deputy Product Director, OEMs, etc.
- Immediately support, develop, and present program status and management reviews to internal/external senior leaders,
- Collect, verify, and validate supporting data integration for Master Scheduler
- Independently execute Project Management fundamentals to include maintaining program within cost, schedule and performance baselines, stakeholder management, change management, risk management, quality management, and resource management in support of Program Integrators.
- Function as an alternate Program Integrator while primary is TDY/PTO.
- Support Budget/Spend Plan Meetings
- Must demonstrate knowledgeability and/or execution of principles, policies and practices of DoD systems acquisition and program management, as defined in AR 70-1,5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, 7000-14, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD.
- Must demonstrate knowledgeability and/or execution Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
- Coordinate and consolidate team inputs from integrated product team members in support of program recommendations, reviews, and written drafts of program plans.
- Prepare, coordinate, and staff program decision documents at senior Army Staff levels.
- Develop and update Integrated Master Schedules.
- Coordinate, participate, and document integrated product team meetings, assembled to address programmatic, engineering, logistical, or contractual issues that pose risks to the program’s performance, budget, and schedule.
- May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Coordinate/run one Operations/Acquisitions Synchronization Meeting per week to integrate the cross-functional team’s efforts to ensure integrity of strategic messaging.
