Axient is seeking a System Analyst, Senior (ACM/C-UAS) to support our customer in Fort Sill, OK
What you will do...
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate the design and performance capabilities of emerging organizations, C-UAS systems, sensors, and mission command frameworks to assess their ability to address critical capability gaps.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of C-UAS CDD/CPD briefings in accordance with JCIDS format, ensuring alignment with Army objectives and modernization efforts.
Support the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) process by assessing C-UAS programs, prioritizing them based on resource availability, strategic objectives, and operational needs.
Monitor and evaluate the C-UAS portfolio to ensure it is aligned with long-term Army goals, fiscal constraints, and readiness requirements.
Draft, review, and finalize correspondence, including high-level communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with senior leadership, including O6 and higher-level officials, to provide support in decision-making and the development of strategic goals.
Organize and facilitate meetings, briefings, and discussions with senior stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure alignment with overarching strategic goals.
Establish and facilitate working groups in both physical and virtual environments, ensuring collaboration across diverse teams and organizations.
Work closely with DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) leads to integrate efforts across all domains and ensure that all C-UAS requirements are met.
Collaborate with program managers, test communities, and acquisition teams to synchronize efforts and ensure C-UAS systems are tested, developed, and integrated effectively.
Track and manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure that all operational tasks related to C-UAS system development and testing are completed on time.
Maintain accurate filing systems, project records, and documentation to support the coordination of C-UAS programs and initiatives.
Support logistical coordination for key meetings, briefings, and operational events related to C-UAS systems, including resource management and event planning.
Ensure testing results and operational data are analyzed, tracked, and reported for senior leadership review and decision-making.
Skills you will need...
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or high school graduate with 22 years of relevant military experience in ADA or EW in lieu of a BS/BA degree
Graduate of CGSC or equivalent CSS, SMA, and WOSSC
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an Acquisition Program Office and/or JCIDS Requirements Development/TCM Position
Ability to work with minimal oversight
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and project management tools.
Comfortable with creating products for and briefing at the O6 and higher level.
Ability to effectively prioritize and handle executive-level administrative tasks while also contributing to system analysis and strategic planning for C-UAS systems.
Must have an active DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
Preferred:
Experience in C-UAS operations in an operational theater (preferred)
More than fifteen (15) years of direct experience and knowledge in ADA Operations (preferred)
Experience with Army Air Defense digital systems to include: AMDWS, FAAD C2, and ADSI (preferred)
Knowledge of Airspace Management (preferred)
Familiar with Link-16 and associated equipment and processes (preferred)
Experience with integrating Army Air Defense systems and processes into the Army Battle Command construct at multiple echelons (preferred)
