Axient is currently seeking aProgram Integrator to support our customer inHuntsville, AL.
What you will do...
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide experience demonstrating program integration and coordination in the areas of program management consistent with the DoDI 5000 series Adaptive Acquisition Framework and associated Acquisition Pathways.
Additionally, develop, advise, and review acquisition strategies, plans, schedules, and budget execution to accomplish program objectives and technical requirements.
Coordinate and consolidate team inputs from integrated product team members in support of program recommendations, reviews, and written drafts of program plans.
Prepare, coordinate and staff program decision documents at senior Army Staff levels.
Develop and update Integrated Master Schedules, Contract Strategy Plans, and Performance Work Statements.
Support development of inputs to Program Office Estimates and acquisition Courses of Action.
Coordinate, participate, and document integrated product team meetings, assembled to address programmatic, engineering, logistical, or contractual issues that pose risks to the programs performance, budget, and schedule.
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Skills you will need...
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation
Bachelor's (BS) degree in related discipline with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
Substitutions: In lieu of BS degree: May substitute an additional 4 years of work experience OR an Associate's Degree AND additional 2 years of work experience.
Must demonstrate prior experience and expertise in program integration, schedule development, and acquisition strategies.
Experience supporting US Army Program Management Offices and Army Aviation programs strongly preferred.
May require the ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
Experience with Middle Tier Acquisition programs, Major Capability Acquisition programs, and Milestone documentation development preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications is required.
