Responsible for developing a comprehensive Electronic Warfare (EW) assessment framework and organizational strategy to support the objectives of the Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW). This position requires an individual with a broad skill set across operations, engineering, and maintenance disciplines, ensuring that the outputs are realistic, data-driven, and align with Air Force leadership direction. *This position is expected to open in late August of this year.  

What you will do...

  • Design and implement an EW assessment framework that meets the strategic objectives of the SWW.
  • Ensure that the framework is adaptable to evolving warfare scenarios and technological advancements.
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams, including operations, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure cohesive and practical output.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that utilizes the strengths of each discipline to achieve common goals.
  • Lead efforts to define and refine problems based on Air Force leadership directives and SWW objectives.
  • Gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement solutions that are effective, efficient, and feasible for deployment.
  • Document all organizational processes related to EW assessment and strategy development.
  • Continuously review and improve these processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills you will need...

  • Advanced degree in Military Science, Security Studies, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on electronic warfare or defense systems.
  • Rated Combat Air Force experience with a strong background in Weapons and Tactics, Electronic Warfare or other
    applicable military operations experience.
  • Extensive experience in Weapons and Tactics within military operations, with a strong background in electronic warfare.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across various disciplines to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing complex operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Active or Eligible Top Secret/SCI Clearance
