Axient Engineering is seeking a Tactical Program Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA.

What you will do...

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the SATCOM Capability Integration office managing a diverse set of strategic and tactical MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure.

 

Skills you will need...

Required Skills:

  • BS in technical field, such as engineering and computer science
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution across the spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in systems engineering
  • 10+ years with system specification, verification, or analysis
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required for the position

 

Preferred Skills:

  • MS in technical field, such as engineering and computer science
    • Certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP, CSEP) or program
    management (PMP)
    • Certifications in MBSE (OCSMP)
    • Certifications in Agile Development
    • Knowledge and experience in Jira and Confluence
    • Experience with MILSATCOM, such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal
    programs
    • Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
    • DoD program office experience with understanding of DoD acquisition process
    and compliance with government instructions
