Axient is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities
Duties Will include, but not limited to:
We are seeking an Analyst that thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide direct support to our government customer’s Operations Team
In this rapidly changing environment, you’ll need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet assigned deadlines
This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, public speaking, and a strong attention to detail
In support of the government customer, you will track, coordinate, and provide the OCONUS travel briefings.
Serve as the primary analyst for input and management of the Aircraft & Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) for all foreign travel and leave
Provide oversight to OCONUS travel
Responsible for numerous recurring reports to include personnel accountability, COVID, and other operational reports as necessary
Qualifications
Must currently possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
High School Graduate or GED with a Minimum of 3 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
Must have the ability obtain and maintain a security clearance
