Overview

Seeking an accomplished professional to join our high-caliber Team and act as a liaison between the Contracts Team and the Proposal Team to support and manage proposal compliance.

Responsibilities

 Primary responsibility is building compliance matrices and performing compliance reviews of our proposals. Must have experience in Government Request For Proposal (RFP) compliance, a detailed approach to work, a high degree of ethics and integrity, personal responsibility, a winning attitude, and effective communication.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • RFP analysis for proposal response requirements.
  • Draft questions based on review of RFP.
  • Develop compliance matrices and update as required based on solicitation amendments.
  • Analyze the RFP requirements against the proposal outline to ensure compliance and responsiveness to the customer's issues and needs throughout the proposal development process.
  • Track the fulfillment of all compliance requirements throughout the proposal development process.
  • Ensure responses are compliant with all RFP/RFI requirements (i.e., structure, formatting, and content).
  • Assist Contracts Team with development and review of contract documentation volumes.
  • Assist in negotiation and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TA).

Qualifications

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance support of Government contractor proposals (primarily developing compliance matrices).
  • Must have a solid understanding of proposal compliance, including experience analyzing solicitation instructions (Section L) and evaluation criteria (Section M).
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to simultaneously review multiple proposal documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and supplemental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
